Start for Free!CRO requires a multidisciplinary approach. With this service I draw on my experience and research in copywriting, design, development, and psychology.
I start by going through the sales funnels on your website and noting any obvious issues as well as my first impressions.
The biggest technical issue that impacts CRO is often speed. I identify ways to maximzie your website's speed and fix any technical errors.
Is your website easy to use? Do the colors and typography facilitate processing fluency? Is your design good and trustworthy for visitors?
To maximize conversions, visitors need to know that your website/brand is trustworthy. We achieve this with social proof, testimonials, HTTPS, and more.
Your website and all of its content should be engineered to guide visitors further down your sales funnel(s). This includes a review of the content mapping and copywriting.
Global brands have invested billions in researching psychological methods to increase sales and conversions. I can help you leverage this research.
In digital marketing, a "conversion" (or "converting") refers to the act of someone completing a goal. A goal is can be anything you want it to be. Some of the most common goals are submitting contact forms, signing up for email newsletters, or purchasing a product. A "conversion rate" is the percentage of website visitors who convert. Conversion rates are often measured using a monthly timeline, but it can be any time period. For example, let's say you have a goal of having website visitors submitting your contact form. In this example, we'll pretend you have 1,000 website visitors over the course of a month and of those visitors 50 complete the form. We divide the 50 conversions by the 1,000 visitors to get 0.05, which is equivalent to 5%. Your conversion rate is then 5%.
Conversion Rate Optimization is the process of making your website achieve its goals more frequently. If we continue the example from the last paragraph, the purpose of hiring someone to do conversion rate optimization (CRO) is to grow that 5% conversion rate to something higher.
